Yet another gem, an agenda for a meeting on the 13th September posted first class from Beech Hurst on the 6th September and received by me at 5pm on the 19th September. I now pick up my agendas from the council offices because the Royal Mail cannot be trusted.
But all that is petty compared to residents not receiving appointment letters until after the event.
I ask myself is this part of a long-term plan to get out of letter delivery or is it total incompetence?
