So as the Post Office is not delivering mail on a regular what on earth are they doing with it?

I have not had a bank or credit card statement for months now, but the bank and credit card providers are still sending the statements out so where are they going? Are they incinerating them?

I thought the Post Office had a legal duty to deliver the mail, does anyone know if this is correct?

As for recruitment, surely it cannot be that difficult to recruit people who can read English.
