Andover Chamber Choir is delighted to report that its recent concert at St Mary’s raised £950.58 for Finding Freedom from Abuse.
Formerly known as Andover Crisis and Support Centre, the local charity helps and accommodates those affected by domestic and sexual violence and abuse.
We would sincerely like to thank, via the Advertiser, all those who bought tickets for the concert and contributed to the retiring collection.
By keeping our costs as low as possible we are able to support local charities while helping to maintain live music in the town.
Our next concert on July 20 will be in St Mary Bourne and features part-songs and folk-songs from all four corners of the British Isles and will again be in support of a local charity, Yellow Brick Road Projects.
