In response to your article about enjoying a pleasant walk in the countryside around Andover. If only, there is absolutely zero chance of an enjoyable walk along countryside footpaths without inevitably stepping in a pile of dog mess.
The disgusting, inconsiderate dog owners and their horrible four-legged poo factories are an utter blight on our countryside and this hideous combination should be banned from public places where families and children are forced to dodge the foulness left behind by them.
On a recent attempted walk at a popular site we counted three discarded poo bags and a dozen piles of dog mess within 100 yards.
These filthy, disgusting people who refuse to pick up their mess, probably because no one saw it happen or they are just plain lazy should be ashamed of themselves.
Why don’t they just stay at home and let their gardens fill up with dog mess and leave the countryside to those of us that know how to keep it clean.
